Shipping method

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package and the destination of the package. Your package is ensured except when not permitted or on request.

I-billiard.com offers the following shipping methods:

EU Europe + Other countries

This is the service for shipping packages up to 30 kg. TNT post has divided the shippingcosts for EU countries into different groups, for exact shippingcosts take a look at the table below. As soon as i-billiard receives your payment your order will be packed. We send out packages once a week. The worldwide postal services will take care of delivering the package within the given timeframe.

Group 1 • Belgium, Luxembourg

Group 2 • Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Great-Britain, Sweden

Group 3 • Finland, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Slovak, Spain, Czech Republic

Group 4 • Esthonia, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal

Federal Express / UPS

This is a premium worldwide service, if preffered the package can be sent by FedEx or UPS. FedEx and UPS will garantee delivery whitin the selected time frame. You will be able to Trace & Track your package online via your personal Tracking Number. As soon as i-billiard receives your payment your order will be packed. We send out packages once a week.

Customs and Import

Your package may be subject to import rights in the country of delivery. These costs are for you. I-billiard does not control, and is unable to predict these costs. Import definitions are different in many countries; for more information please contact your local Customs office . The products are send including tax. You can claim back this as "Tax Free" via the Tax Agency in The Netherlands, tel (+31) 45 577 93 33

Please note that you will be considered as the importer of the products you order at i-billiard and that you have to respect all laws and regulations concerning this of the country in which you'll receive the goods.

The Customs Statement mentions the worth and content of the package per producttype.
